First, try cleaning the cache, cookies and temporary Internet files from your web browser. Open the browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination, and follow the on-screen instructions. If it doesn't help, check your Internet connection and update the browser to the latest version. If you still have issues, I suggest you uninstall the program and then install and configure it again using the user guide provided by the developer. If the problem persists, you can use the Live Chat option from the official web page.
